Text messaging terms & privacy policy.
These terms apply to text (SMS) messages exchanged between you and MSP Run LLC staff on their direct work numbers, delivered through Microsoft Teams calling. You accept them by opting in: initialing the SMS section of your engagement letter and confirming at your kickoff call.
One-to-one service texts about your engagement: document requests, coding questions, payroll and charge-rate clarifications, close-day coordination. Never marketing, never bulk, never automated blasts.
Msg frequency varies. Texts are conversational: sent when your engagement needs one, not on a promotional calendar.
We never charge you for texts. Msg & data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@msp.run. Reply STOP (also QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, REVOKE) to stop receiving texts.

Who you're texting with
This agreement is between you and MSP Run LLC ("we," "us," "our"), 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. Our staff text from their individual work numbers on the Microsoft Teams calling service. Support: hello@msp.run.
What the service is
"Text Message Service" means any arrangement in which we send one or more text messages addressed to your mobile phone number. Our use of it is strictly conversational and person-to-person: an individual member of our staff messaging you about your bookkeeping engagement. We do not use it for marketing, promotions, bulk sends, or automated alerts.
Opting in
"Opting In" means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages. You opt in by providing your mobile number and initialing the SMS section of your engagement letter, and by confirming verbally at your kickoff call. Your signed letter is the record of your consent.
Costs
We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this service. Message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless carrier, you may be charged by your carrier.
Frequency
Msg frequency varies. After the opt-in confirmation, you'll receive messages as your engagement warrants: document requests, questions we need answered to close your books, and coordination around delivery dates. Your replies (including a HELP request) generate replies from us.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. Because this is a person-to-person service, your opt-out applies to the conversation with that staff member's number: you'll receive a confirmation text, then no further messages from that number. Reply START to resume.
Electronic signature
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP.

How we use messaging data
We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through this service only to transmit your messages and respond to you. That includes sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages, such as Microsoft and your wireless carrier.
What we never do
Mobile opt-in information won't be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Where the law overrides this
We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
Your financial records
This policy covers text messaging only. The confidentiality of your financial records and business information is governed by your engagement letter with us.
